The founders, Patty Klein and Jay Klein, both have extensive business backgrounds with major strategy consulting firms. They are able to use the consultative process to create the highest return on investment for client meetings and motivational travel incentive programs.

A-Plus serves a number of Fortune 500 companies, and assists with approximately 100 events annually. Roughly 70% of A-Plus’ programs are meetings, ranging from 20-person Board of Directors programs to 2500-person sales meetings. The remaining 30% of the programs are incentive trips for 20-400 couples, to both domestic and international destinations.

We negotiate tirelessly to ensure our client gets the most value for their money. In order to accomplish this, we maintain close relationships with national reps for hotels, airlines and AV providers. We treat the budget as sacred. We don’t go over meeting budget unless the agenda changes or attendees increase.
As part of our unique value proposition, we will provide strategic input on theme, overall agenda and specific items, consult on content, presentation templates, presentation skills. We offer full budget management and exceptional negotiating skills, providing full communication planning and execution, (e.g., weekly incentive emails).
