Laser Lab was established in 1991 as an in home business with just two (Michele and Vince McHenry) and has evolved into a thriving company with 20 employees. We began with one line of business re-manufacturing laser cartridges-and quickly grew y adding printer maintenance and repair services. Printer sales, Managed Print Services and our newest field of complete computer consulting have since been added to develop Laser Lab into a company that is qualified to meet all your printer and computer needs.
We pride ourselves in our expert service, due to our knowledgeable, dedicated staff. Whether you are calling about technical support, to order supplies, schedule printer repair, or have a simple question about your printer or computer our goal is to take care of you and provide complete satisfaction.
Laser Lab carries both OEM and quality re-manufactured/compatible ink and toner. We have an expert team on site that performs a 14 step process to re-manufacture a majority of the black laser cartridges that are sold. This procedure includes replacing parts as needed with brand new components and is followed by a final cleaning, weighing and inspection. These cartridges are 100% guaranteed-tested twice to ensure a quality print.
