Chrysler Group has been named one of the Best Companies for Diversity in 2011 by readers of Diversity/Careers in Engineering & Information Technology magazine. This annual reader survey identifies employers of technical professionals in the U.S. the magazine’s readers believe “are doing the best work promoting diversity and supporting women and minorities, work/life balance and supplier diversity.”
This honor is especially significant since it was based on a reader survey, in which a diverse group of participants were asked to select a company based on their perceptions, experience and conversations with others. This is the first time since the launch of the survey in 2006 that Chrysler was selected.
