Leadership

The Company Executive Team continues their focus to develop an integrated global network that would move airfreight anywhere on the planet, faster and more reliably than any other company. It’s the inherent understanding of executive team members C.E.O. Kurmmell W. Knox, President/C.O.O. Patrick Bosworth, and Executive V.P. Kenneth Knox that develops strong relationships with
partners for a Win-Win basics to better serve customers.

Chief Executive Officer, Kurmmell W. Knox brings accomplishments from such companies as Grand Trunk Western Railroad, Ford Motor Company, Fuller & Henry, PLLC and Whalen and Company, with expertise in consulting, business law, transportation, customer service and technology. In addition, he has worked on the executive level to implement the legal regulatory and compliance functions of the nation’s first African-American owned national telephone company. Mr. Knox earned a B.S. in Organizational Communications and a M.A. from Eastern Michigan University. He also earned a J.D. from the University of Toledo College of Law.

President/Chief Operating Officer, Patrick Bosworth boasts a history of achievement in sales, marketing, operations and management, as shown by awards, sales growth and rapid advancement at companies such as American Honda, IBM, CSX , Unisys and most recently FedEx. At FedEx, Mr. Bosworth conceived, developed and managed the Express Support Desk for General Motors Corporation, FedEx’s largest commercial customer, increasing revenue. Mr. Bosworth earned BS Degrees in Industrial Engineering and Finance from Drexel University and M.S. Degrees in
Industrial Engineering and Transportation Planning from Morgan State University.

Executive Vice President, Kenneth R. Knox has won numerous awards and received regular advancement throughout his career. Starting in 1966 as a Conductor and ending with his retirement as a Manager of Operations for Grand Trunk Western Railroad and later Canadian National Railroad. He has implemented numerous processes and led many divisions, while developing expertise in the transportation industry. A frequently called upon expert witness during his tenure with the railroad, he continues to be sought out for his advices on cutting transportation costs, while delivering superior service. Kenneth earned a B.A. in Theology from Destiny University. He has also completed coursework at the University of Wisconsin, in Madison and Northwestern University in the area of Transportation Management.
