Eric Harland : Vice President
MBEConnect is the brainchild of Eric Harland, who has a background in directing, developing and implementing business solutions for a variety of clients. MBEConnect is a division of Evolv Solutions, LLC, a document management and equipment leasing firm launched by Ron Harland Sr., and Ron Harland Jr., Eric’s father and brother, respectively. Under Eric’s guidance, MBEConnect has evolved into much more than a social network and includes leading technology features unprecedented in the field.
Caress Gonzales : Publication Project Manager
Caress is the Content Specialist at MBEConnect and has been with the company since its inception in 2009. As part of this role, she works directly with business owners, corporations and nonprofit organizations from the outreach phase to the final product. Caress helps business owners develop their Business Profiles and also helps corporations and organizations coordinate special editions of MBEConnect Profiles magazine. From start to finish, Caress supports each individual to see the vision of the end product, helps them to understand and utilize all the interactive components, and assists with layout and development.
Caroline Knecht : Communications Coordinator
Whether its a blog post on the website, a magazine article, or a social media update, Caroline is responsible for all of the written content for MBEConnect. She also maintains the website, adds new features, welcomes new guests to MBEConnect Social, and keeps MBEConnect up-to-date with the latest technology and trends.
Efrem Duran : New Media Designer
Efrem Duran is a Digital Media Designer for the MBEConnect team. He designs Business Profiles for MBEConnect Profiles magazine, both print and digital versions. He also assists with professional video recordings and post-production video editing and is responsible for video concepts to final output for the unique MBEConnect brand of video content.
Abby Rufkahr : Graphic Designer
Abby Rufkahr is the Graphic Designer at MBE Connect. She creates dynamic visual concepts primarily for published, printed, and electronic media, presenting information in a way that is innovative, accessible, and memorable.
