About our Special Edition Magazines

MBEConnect Profiles magazine is traditionally a quarterly publication focused on M/WBEs across the country in a variety of fields. In addition to these regular issues, MBEConnect works with nonprofits and corporations to create Special Edition magazines focused entirely on M/WBEs within an organization.  Each issue highlights hand-picked suppliers and vendors for the profiles section and uses original articles about the corporate supplier diversity program in order to get more suppliers involved in the program.

Corporate Editions

Special Corporate Editions of MBEConnect Profiles focus on the supplier diversity program of an entire company. The Business Profiles feature diverse suppliers and vendors for that organization, while the original articles focus on different aspects of the supplier diversity program at the company, such as the history, staff, how to get involved, and much more. Hosting a diversity event? MBEConnect can capture photographs, audio and video for the event and incorporate them into your magazine. MBEConnect works directly with the company to develop content and then with diverse business owners to complete their Business Profiles.

The completed product has many advantages and provides lots of exposure to the company and its supplier diversity program. The gift of a Business Profile is a great way to say thank you to a top supplier, and the magazine helps programs stand out among the competition.

OfficeMax Special Edition

In 2011, MBEConnect worked with OfficeMax to create a complete interactive magazine focused on their supplier diversity program.

Nonprofit Special Editions

MBEConnect can also create a Special Edition magazine for nonprofit organizations to highlight their achievements, M/WBEs and corporate members. Organizations can include affiliates of NMSDC, WBENC regional partner organization, chambers of commerce and other diversity business groups. Reward top member businesses and corporate members by putting them on display in an interactive magazine that highlights your organization.
